91ÖÆƬ³§ offers a post-graduate Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy (DSc in PT) for working physical therapists with concentrations in academic leadership or orthopaedic manual therapy.
There are prerequisite requirements for the DSc in PT. Applicants must have the following:
³§³Ü²ú³¾¾±³Ù³Ù±ð»å 
Official transcript(s) indicating completion (or anticipated completion) of all undergraduate and graduate coursework. To be considered "official", transcript(s) must be requested and sent directly from institution(s) attended to gradprograms@messiah.edu.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in graduate coursework; cumulative GPAs < 3.0 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Statement of Purpose: a 300-500 word statement describing how you have prepared for graduate work, your reasons for applying for this particular graduate program, and how this program will help you meet your professional and educational goals.
Contact information for two references: please select references who can address your professional experience and/or academic performance (excluding relatives); one reference must be from a physical therapist or physical therapist supervisor
An active physical therapist license
Completed two years of physical therapy practice
The DSc in PT program is completely online. Because of this, the U.S. government does not allow 91ÖÆƬ³§ to offer an F-1 student visa for entry to the United States in order to study in this program. International students living outside of the U.S. are also unable to participate remotely in this program.
Prospective students living in the U.S. on different visa types may qualify on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the enrollment counselor for the DSc in PT to determine eligibility.
